The Argies Won’t Take No For an Answer, Gordon

Almost a year ago to the day I talked about the uprising of Argentina’s gripe with the Falkland Islands. Looks like they won’t take no for an answer. Nothing to do with the 60 billion barrels of oil off its shores, of course. So they are away to grass us up to the UN. This is when we will see who our real friends are.

To me this is one way conversation, not a debate.

Argies : “We want Las Malvinas”
Us : “We (us and America) say no, jog on”

Oh I forgot who runs our country. No doubt we will end up having to pay Argentina to take it off our hands.

    With a company striking it rich by finding usable oil supplies I can see the argies getting a bitch twitchy about getting their hands on that black gold.
